New Products Reviewed

Believe it or not, this is the Golden Age of ASL. Thanks to the computer-age revolution in desktop publishing it is possible for small groups (or even single individuals) to produce high-quality products. The result over the last few years has been a deluge of new products, particularly scenario packs. Many (perhaps most) are well thought out and interesting, with attractive components. The problem is, most players have more products than they have time to play. which means players are becoming increasingly discerning about what products they purchase.

With all the new ASL products coming on line, I think a new products review thread would be useful. Very few ASL players buy everything out there. For newer players particularly, it's difficult to sort out the must-haves from the nice-to-haves.

It's ok to be honest, but let's try to avoid the “ sucks!” kind of posts. It would be more useful for everyone to read about specific products or experiences. Save the rest for the “Rants” section in the forum.
