We had 5 members in attendance for the February 11th meeting of The Red Barricades Project.
Dan Plachta, Mike Cirrincione and Chris Castallana had command of the Germans against me and Jim Cotugno commanding the Russians. The action resumed at the top of turn 6 of the October 21st CG Date. After a pretty painful 5 turns, the Russians finally started having things go their way. We gambled on a limited turn 7 counter-attack to recover some lost factory positions that proved successful and helped cut down the final German kill ratio. In the end, the Russians lost 20.5 squads to 11.5 German.
In a personal highpoint, I managed to draw all five fire missions from a Russian OBA module over the course of the CG date.
As always, it was a blast, and we had a great day in the company of the St. Crispins Irregulars. We'll resume the action with the October 22nd CG Date in March.
