Check the National Capabilities chart – that shows the number for each. Then decide how many modules you'll “support” with the deck.
For example two with the largest number of black and/or two with the largest number of red.Note – check that you're accounting for plentiful ammo/scarce/etc.

I've already received it in the mail, but I might have enough for two decks here. Not sure, I'll have to check that chart.
I have a supply of red and black glass “stones” and bags for different modules. Definitely have more than are necessary.
Bring 'em to the next LA Game Day if you can make it … I'd like to see them.
