    Greetings ASL Fans,

We had 11 in attendance at the February edition of the LA Game Day at Gameology.

Mike Cirrincione’s Brits defeated Dan Plachta’s Germans in “Bosq BBQ”

Mike Soffa and I took the Allies against Rob Stai’s victorious Germans in “Fighting at the End of the World.” Because we finished early, we rematched for a second game. Mike and I got our retribution when our Russians defeated Rob’s Germans in the VotG scenario “Soldiers of the 62nd Army”. This second scenario provided to be an interesting and exciting little fight, and has lots of replay value.

Geoff Coward’s Americans defeated Nick Mueller’s Germans in “88’s at Zon”.

Blair Bellamy’s and Ben Mueller played two scenarios, “Long Way to Go” and “Sink’s Encouragement”, with Blair victorious in both. Nick and Ben are coming along quickly as SK players.

Eric Visnowski’s Brits defeated Dave Rosner’s Germans in the Deluxe scenario “Cornered Tigers”. That looked like a cool scenario, with both sides setting up cloaked at start.

And of course we did our usual lunch at The Hat. It was another great day for SoCalASL.

    -Jim
