We had a total of 12 members in attendance for our meeting at Apex Fasteners in Irwindale. Unfortunately, I had to cut out right after lunch in order to attend a Rotary Fundraiser. I recorded the match-ups, but I'm going to leave it to the individual members to provide the results (if the wish):
Mike Sofa took the Americans against Nadir Elfarra's Germans in “Yes Sir!”
Matt Cicero had the Germans against Jon Jaramillo in “Gavin Take”.
Sal Palaez took the Americans against Justin Jarmillo in “To Have and to Hold”.
Dave Nicholas had the Germans against Dan Plachta's Americans in “Rush Hour”.
And EricVisnowski took the Germans against John Lehman's Americans in the LFT Deluxe scenario “Full of Fire”.
We had a very nice lunch at the excellent Mexican restaurant across from Apex. As I was leaving, Scott Thompson arrived. I'll let him tell you if he got in on a game.
Great venue, great turnout, great food… what more can I say?
