    “…reallocate his assets towards strange…”

    I got in a lot of trouble years ago for doing this too often, without controls, and the SCE (Super C*** Ex) came down on me for “insider trading”…called me a “double-dipper”…and tried to revoke my license.

    I just moved town and opened up again under a new name. :)
