Ok, I have the following members signed up and paid for the Barbecue:
Aikens, Juliano, Cicero, Morton, Soffa, Roberts, Yuen, Cirrincione, Sellar, Coward, Tourville, Reinking, Nixon, Perham, Thompson, Von Voigt, Plachta, Stai, Romey and Feinstein. If your name is not on this list and you paid, please get hold of me immediately.
As of yesterday, I have the following pairings lined up: Aikens, Juliano, Morton, Tourville, Romey and Feinstein playing in the “mondo†Omaha Beach scenario “Black Day for the 116thâ€. Thompson and Cicero playing St. Nazzaire. Coward and Soffa playing “Hill 621â€. Stai and Cirrincione playing “Bloody Red Beachâ€. Perham and Nixon playing a scenario to be determined. Reinking and Plachta playing a scenario to be determined. That leaves Yuen, Sellar, Roberts and Von Voigt as yet-to-be-paired ‘free radicals’; I’ll hook you guys up among each other upon arrival unless I hear from you beforehand.
The event officially begins at 9:00 AM, but the SoCalASL advance team will arrive at 8:30 AM to get things organized. If you want to grab a table and start setting up you’re welcome to do so from 8:30 AM on. As you all know, the Club will be hosting dinner at the Crowne Plaza’s restaurant on Saturday evening. I will have an exact dinner time on the morning of the event. We will open the Club’s hospitality suite at 3:00 PM, with free beer, soda and pretzels. You’ll be on your own for lunch both days. There are a number of fast-food places within a short drive. The hotel restaurant prices are also pretty reasonable if you don’t want to leave the hotel.
If anyone has any questions, please contact me at protozoan1@verizon.net. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone there.
