Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if this is the right place to post but I hope you'll forgive me if it isn't. I just moved to Tucson from England and I'm looking for any local opponents in the Tucson area who might be monitoring these boards, or anyone from the SoCal group who happens to be passing through and would like a game. I've been playing the game since the original Squad Leader came out and I have a complete ASL core set plus a bunch of 3rd party stuff. It looks like the SoCal group might be my nearest concentration of players so i plan to be keeping a watch on this board for events i can attend. Well, thanks for your patience.Regards

Welcome! Gene Holmstrom (sp?) lives in Arizona, I *think* in the Tucson area, and there are one or two others there and in the Phoenix area, but it is pretty slim pickings from what I remember.
Number one event to keep in mind is West Coast Melee…our annual tournament in February each year…stay tuned here for notices on this board.
I know that there is a convention in Phoenix each year…is it Consimworld? Not sure of the dates, but there is some ASL that goes on there, from what I've read on the GameSquad ASL Forums.
