    Howdy All,

Looks like the West Coast Melee whetted everyone's appetite for ASL – we had ten folks attending and five games were played:

Dan Plachta and Geoff Coward played A7, Slamming of the Door, with Dan's Russians defeating Geoff's Germans.

Rob Stai and Eric V. played AP44, Burial Mound, with Eric's Russians defeating Rob's Germans.

Jim Aikens and Glenn Sellar played DB40, Riding the Coattails, with Jim's Polish defeating Glenn's Slovaks.

Larry Rohlfing and Candice Juliana played AP11, Swamp Cats, with Larry's Russian defeating Candice's Germans.

Blair B (a possible new member) and Stephan T played S25, Early Battles, with Stephan's Germans defeating Blair's Russians.

We had our group lunch at Marie Callendars and wrapped up the day with a four-player game of cribbage.

I gotta say, Blair was an awesome opponent. This guy knows the rules like nobody's business!

…and in all honesty, we had to call the game early because of time, but it could have gone either way–it was really close.

    Great game! !amazed

Gameology had Galaxy Truckers and the expansion kit. While we didn't get to play on saturday, I will be bringing it to future game days for the relaxing multi-player mayhem in the future. My kids test drove the game last night and want to play again.
