    If you have 2 tanks entering from off board and one of the tanks has a radio and the other doesn't do you have to use platoon movement?

    Also, if you can… will you please site the rules section your answer is based on?

    Yes, in order for the radioless afv to move without passing a TC, it would have to use platoon movement with the other afv. Coming onboard, it must use platoon movement.
