    Has MMP/HOB stipulated on what happens when and or if a bombproof is eligible to set up in a wooden building hex?

    I don't know why you need an answer from MMP. The answer is in the rules. T9.5 says that except as noted Bombproofs are treated as pillboxes and pillboxes can setup in building hexes.
