For the “tracked” requirement for ESB, are only “Fully Tracked” vehicles allowed, or are “Half Tracked” vehicles allowed too? ASLRB doesn't provide a definition for “tracked” — assuming anything with tracks (including half-tracks) is okay.

The rules use the phrase “fully tracked” as opposed to “tracked” in the ESB rules. Compare D1.13 and 1.14. I would play it that tracked refers to both fully and half tracked.
